[Bug 23917] Dragon NaturallySpeaking 11 Standard does not install

If any more information is needed that dgnsvc holds the program up, this may be
it. 
I started running the program from terminal, and was able to do set-up and
complete training without a problem. 
Then it froze. 
This is the entire terminal output.
