If you read the Street Wars: Constructor Underground I'm not the only one with
this problem, someone from 2008 also said they had this problem ..

My computer works fine.. otherwise I don't think I would be able to alt-tab to
the terminal and CTR+C my way out of it..

I think you may want to reconsider re-opening this..
