[Bug 19874] If mouse focus lost then keyboard focus never recovered

I can confirm that this fixes the problem.
Adding a String "UseTakeFocus" and setting it to N in
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Softwares\Wine\X11 Driver] reverts the focus behaviour to
that of 1.1.27.
