for your info, the window that comes up after applying is patch is not really
functional, but that's another bug (unimplemeted stuff in shdocvw/mshtml again)

I was able to start the demo with following native dlls (not sure if _all_ of
them are needed)

WINEDLLOVERRIDES="mshtml,mlang,shlwapi,shdocvw,urlmon,dxtrans=n" wine
