why did you change the Windows version to 'Win95'?
Don't do that unless the game strictly requires it and you know the implications.
Even the vendor states it on the homepage: http://en.combatarms.nexoneu.com/NXEU.aspx?PART=/Download/GameClient
-> Windows XP SP3 Minimum
Change the Windows version back to Wine's default 'Windows XP'. Also make sure you don't reuse existing WINEPREFIXes (shared with other stuff).
