What app is this, and can it be downloaded? ( If it's http://www.icom.co.jp/world/support/download/firm/IC-80AD_E_ID-880H_E/1_10/i..., that installs fine on wine-1.5.10 on both 32 and 64 bit systems.)
(Also, does the native app Chirp work as an alternative? http://chirp.danplanet.com/projects/chirp/wiki/Home )
