Installer info:
MD5 15856bf26728f17c6720f5167e3123dc PCAutoSaveSetup.exe
Prefix info:
32-bit Windows XP prefix, Wine 1.9.21-143-gb22aa57, no overrides or winetricks.
The installation appears to fail just at the very end and when the program being installed attempts to start a service. Also, this looks very much like a Mono problem.
