Can not input my Language (Thai)to Application (test NotePad.exe) , (Can input 
English and display ). When I input Thai language ,Wine had show in English 
that matching with keyboard button . (wine know my Language Keyboard). I use 
Linux TLE 5.0 (Base on Redhat 8). 
  I had try to run some Application Can Display My Language but still can not 
input in Thai language.
