Native ie6 is the cause.
I "removed" it and sadly, the same error occured. Just to clarify, since ie6 is required for the installation, it is impossible to run the application without ie6 ever having been installed in that wine installation. So if native ie6 having ever been installed is the problem, then I really don't know what to do.
