[Bug 15162] Team Fortress 2 unstable in Wine 1.1.4 (random 3d related crashes)

Definitely not fixed with Wine 1.1.6 and nVidia driver release 177.80 for me -
with -dxlevel 81 set, the display is still corrupted on changing the graphics
setting. With -dxlevel 95 set, game doesn't appear to get to the menu (we get
the "Loading..." screen with background for many minutes, with nothing
apparently happening - it looks like the game has crashed at this point).

Still Ubuntu 8.04 64bit, 8800 GT.

I'll try compiling with the patch again with 1.1.6 and see if that fixes it for
me.
