I've sent a patch twice to fix this problem but it hasn't been committed. Guess
Alexandre would like to see some test for it, but i'm not really able to do this
(and i wonder if it's really possible) Maybe one of the d3d-gugru's could give
it a try. As stated before, the game Deerhunter
ftp://ftp.avault.com/demos/dhunt2005_demo.exe is a good game to test with.
