The message "debugger has been found" happens when running in a 64-bit wine
prefix.

The Metatrader 4 installer usually is 64-bit, while the application itself
(terminal.exe) is 32-bit. When installing in a 64-bit prefix to fulfill the
installer and then transferring the installed application to a 32-bit prefix,
Metatrader 4 crashes at startup.
