Workaround: winetricks msxml3
With native msxml3 the installer can get past the initial phase of the install, but fails later, when trying to install .Net 2.0 and Windows Media Format 11 Runtime. The error message: 'ERROR: -2147163967That's probably another issue.
Confirming the bug and setting component to msxml3.
