[Bug 3617] WXTide Installer fails

The installer seems to finish under wine 0.9.40. But it installs to
~/.wine/drive_c/Progra~1/WXTide32 rather than ~/.wine/drive_c/Program
Files/WXTide32.

The installer also outputs one error to the terminal
err:setupapi:SetupDefaultQueueCallbackW copy error 2
L"Z:\home\austin\wxtide47\HARMON~1.TCD" ->
L"C:\Progra~1\WXTide32\HARMON~1.TCD"

Jim, care to retest under wine 0.9.40?
