Hello folks,

the actual (full) installer doesn't require mspatcha API implementation. It
works even with old Wine 3.x (needs 'winetricks -q dotnet46' or Wine-Mono).

The download manager app 'AlteryxDownloadManager11.8.3.40692_NonAdmin_x64.exe'
(web-installer?) requires it. Unfortunately there is no direct link.
