There is nothing in this bug report about "wine's eating up cpu". Besides a separate process can't "freeze" another separate process if they don't communicate with each other, which obviously is not the case here.

- Wine 1.1.25 and 1.1.26 - When I open an application with Wine "wineserver"
and "winemenubuilder" processes appears permanently and still running if I close all Wine applications.
wineserver/winemenubuilder shouldn't keep running it all applications are closed.
