[Bug 22880] Lemmix sound effects are missing

This appears to be the exactly the same bug in another game.  Download Chips
Challenge from: http://www.freewebs.com/chipshome/chips.html

Run it in Wine and the background music won't play (have to enable it in the
options menu in the game), but the sound effects work (lol - the opposite
problem described for the lemmix sound bug).

Hope that info helps fix sound issues in Wine.
