After starting EVE Online the splash screen is shown for a few seconds then
vanishes with no error dialog or exception of any kind.

The output printed by the application didnt seem to yield any relevant
information, see output.txt, so I ran it with WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid, see
relay.txt.
