Surei know that interval option does not work (my rig is laptop so i feel its
temperature).

But previously bug stated 100% load (you've just added frame limiter option to
description), which was ALWAYS the case when you measured it using top utility.
By the way, you still didn't specify tool you've used for CPU load measuring -
if i understand correctly, it's essential for wine dev team.

And i'm not grateful that eve is single-threaded. Please don't blame anyone but
describe matter of your problem better - or nobody'd understand it.
