For what it's worth, https://wiki.winehq.org/WineHQ_Wiki:General_disclaimer
(linked from https://wiki.winehq.org/Writers) claims you can e-mail
[e-mail] to request edit permissions. Assuming that works, it may
not hurt to put that information somewhere more prominent.
