fixme:shell:URL_ParseUrl failed to parse L"Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.Deployment.CommonDialogs.resources"
and a dialog saying "cannot load resources from resource file, check your Setup". (This dialog is behind two other dialogs that say "Preparing installation".)
