I try to get a dotnet application, which has an editor control (IDE) with a
vertical and an horizontal scrollbar on board, running.
If i scroll vertically or horizontally with the depending scrollbar it always
scrolls in the other direction too!
What can be the problem?
What can I try to solve this behaviour?

I installed this packages 
- winetricks --unattended vcrun2019
- winetricks --unattended corefonts
- winetricks --unattended dotnetdesktop8
