Ooops, I paste wrong Opera version, I'm sorry. My Opera version is opera_9.64.2480.gcc4.qt3_i386.deb.

Then you know where report that problem. Not a Wine bug.
I don't understand what do you mean? Quite the contrary I thing this is a Wine bug, because with same versions of Opera and Flash Player and Wine 1.1.23 NO problem appears, but when I update only Wine to the newer version then problem appears. But the problem persist only if Wine running and if I close Wine(end wineserver process) then Opera and Flash Player works just fine.
Can you run a regression test then? http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting
