Henri Verbeet, can you try with a clean prefix? You don't need to reinstall StarCraft II; you can run the .exe from anywhere.
Yeah, that works as well here.
I don't see anything obvious in the log. Do you get a good backtrace from the game? There should be crash dumps under ~/StarCraft II/GameLogs/, unless you changed the desktop integration link for "My Documents".
It doesn't seem that way.

Anyway, I had the feeling the crash happened when connecting to Battle.net, and the stack trace above seems to agree with that, so I started the game without Internet access and there's no crash. The screen kept flickering to black the whole time, but there was no crash.
