Hi, sorry for late response.
Yes that is the program. 
I'm on fedora 38, doing 'sudo dnf install wine' installed also wine-mono and
all dependencies needed, clean wine prefix didn't work, I also tried on another
laptop with a clean install and it gives same error. Thanks
