This makes this bug really annoying.(Every time you want to paste something in word processor by right clicking and choosing the paste option you encounter it!-You are unable to paste using right click menu and use it's options i.e. Keep source formatting, Merge formatting, Keep Text Only)
BTW, I have the same question as Geoffrey. What's causing this behaviour?(May be overriding some builtin dlls fix it.)
