With wine-6.22-204-gf03933fbb73, there is no crash when clicking register, but
the registration website screen is blank. There is however still a crash when
clicking 'Home' in the registration website screen. Is that what you were
observing?

That particular crash is mitigated with 'winetricks -q ie8', but the blank
screen persists. This makes me think that the registration website is just
offline.
