I decided that it's some global wine/gpu config (since it does the same when I run everything as root) that I cannot find, so I made a quick

As of now the game is working, after reinstalling it in a new 32 bit prefix with dotnet45 installed. The bug appeared to be caused by some files in the game directory since when I tried to copy over my config and cache files from the old prefix the error appeared again. I couldn't find which exactly. I suppose some corrupted game update.

I guess that the user ran Wine as root at some point and his wineprefix got broken, until he _really_ restarted from scratch.
