This application is a kind of "HelpDesk" application that allow peoples that are looking your site to click in a link and starts a conversations with the seller, almost like a msn. It's used to boost in the selling process of hardware stuff, in this case. But can be used for any commerce segment. So you have to install it in windows and in your site. Works very fine there, and the installation file is very small (3,7M). I dont know exactly how the app works, but I know it tries to contact their site to confirm an address email and password that you must to have, then allows you to use the app. It's free, and we have no support here for this applicattion (almost like "use it at your own risk"). But It works apparently fine.
How can see in the attached file, the problem starts when the app tries to contact their site. It's possible to see a lot of "fixme:ole" errors. After doing what's suggested by the Wine's site (install dcom98 impplementation), a lot of logs desappears but we still have problems. Apparently it's about the rpcrt4. Even if you change the rpcrt4 and both ole32 and oleaut32 to "native", the problems exists. In the file I give more information about the system (kernel, OS...)
Sorry about my bad english. Thanks.
