This might be due to the WineHQ/Gcenx official macOS builds bundling MoltenVK
1.3.0 with support for Vulkan 1.3 since Wine-devel 10.7

Wine-devel 10.6 and below bundle MoltenVK 1.2.x with support up to Vulkan 1.2

My graphics card (Haswell iGPU, Intel HD Graphics 5000) apparently only
supports up to Vulkan 1.2
