Windows Live Movie Maker from the previous version of Live Essentials is no longer installable even after working around some installer bugs with native IE. The installer reports that a dependency (Microsoft Visual Studio Runtime) could not be installed. Regression testing indicated:

I tried to revert the patch from git, but several hunks failed to apply.
These are the steps to reproduce the problem:
1. winetricks ie7 2. winetricks -q mono26 3. Change Windows version to Vista - Movie Maker isn't available for XP 4. Uncheck all installable programs except Movie Maker
