[Bug 28325] Dragon NaturallySpeaking 11.0 Standard no longer completes user training successfully

It may be fixed; however, I can't test anything later. There seems to be a
regression that prevents NatSpeak 11.0 from installing at all (at least on
ubuntu oneiric). 
I will file that as a separate bug, and try to do a regression test.

(Just to clarify, in an earlier comment in this bug I mistakenly referred to
version 10.0. I meant 11.0.)
