[Bug 30470] Certain programs (rFactor, GTR 2 (and maybe VSTHost)) now running slowly

I think that, if, in fact, VSTHost is now running more slowly, I think that
that may have begun with Wine version 1.5.0 or with Wine version 1.4.0.
