I beg your pardon, sir, but it seems what you tried to make me
believe is bullshit. Tested and fixed in 1.3.29, and it worked in
<wine-0.9.59, so obviously it is supported by wine. Whether it
works because of X server or configuration change or a change in
wine, I don't know, nevertheless this configuration (Caps_Lock
as Control) seems perfectly valid.
