[Bug 16328] GTA4 does not work under Wine

I checked wines d3d9 on win xp and the game starts fine (without any patches
for wines dlls). The menu looks good, but in the game the screen is black and
only the mini map could be seen. So these patches shouldn't be needed for the
game to start.

But on wine I'm stuck at the launch off .net, which is required by the social
club stuff.
