[Bug 28483] Need For Speed Undeground doesn't remember keyboard config

SetActionMap is supposed to the mappings to a file and games can use it to
remember custom settings. I implemented the current version of SetActionMap on
Wine and this feature is not there yet. I have some patches that implement
this, but I never got to cleaning it all up and commiting them. I'll try to do
this when I have some free time.
