No, Latest development release didn't fix the problem.
Upgraded from [deb http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt intrepid main #WineHQ -
Ubuntu 8.10 "Intrepid Ibex"]

I tried that using [gksudo winecfg] = > Drives tab => Click Z: => Browse =>
freezed.

gksudo to make sure wine don't use my applications rule and other settings
