32-bit self-built wine. Debug output with +msxml, +tid

First thanks to Dan for the chroot info.

Ok, I built a 32-bit wine from source code on my 64-bit system using chroot. I
then re-ran CMDcenter.exe and got the same error as I did with the wine distro.
So, it looks like my initial build was good.

I then applied the patch provided by Nikolay and re-built wine.

Now when I run CMDcenter.exe I get the following error in a messagebox:
   Run-time error '445':
   Object doesn't support this action
   <ok>

When I select OK, the application terminates without opening any windows.
The new log is attached.
