[Bug 11595] Notepad++ freezes if native application changes a file it has open (dogfood)

Still in Wine-1.5.9 on Fedora 17 x86_64.
The refresh window opens, but didn't seem to load correcty. (There wasn't any
text in the window, just the partial window overlap from another program.) I
right-clicked it and chose close program. This created a segfault. I got the
force quit option and chose it. Since the rest of the program becomes
inaccessible when this happens, it is a serious bug.
