winefile >msi.log 2>&1 E:\Adobe Acrobat....\Acrobat\Setup.exe

Am not able to install Acrobat 9.0 Pro Extended

Steps:
mv ~/.wine ~/.wine-bak
winecfg and set E => /media/cdrw
winefile E:\Adobe Acrobat...\Acrobat\Setup.exe
Enter serial #
Select "Typical" or "Complete"

Setup begins copying files, writing registry, then at around 95% done,
when it gets to
"Optimizing Performance: Feature Program Extended Language Support"
wine reports:

"The program msiexec.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. This can be caused by a problem in the
program
or a deficiency in Wine. ..."

Acrobat is then left partially installed.
I cannot uninstall it nor can I modify/repair the installation.
Hence the precaution of moving ~/.wine to ~/.wine-bak
