the v3 patch you posted on Wine-patches doesn't apply cleanly, maybe that's 
why Alexandre didn't commit it yet? See:

patching file dlls/winex11.drv/bitblt.c
patch unexpectedly ends in middle of line
Hunk #3 succeeded at 1726 with fuzz 1.
