[Bug 15240] Winecfg fails after make install on Mac OS X 10.5.4

configure --verbose

I am also trying to solve the other config issues (e.g., missing libpng).  It's
on the system and was installed under /opt/local/lib as part of gimp, I
believe:

$ sudo port install libpng
Password:
Skipping org.macports.activate (libpng ) since this port is already active
--->  Cleaning libpng

What do I need to do to have configure recognize it?  It's been a while since I
went through shell scripts.
