It starts fine for me, with current wine (934cfb86b5e). I did have to remove
'portable' file though, otherwise it throws some IO related exception. I don't
think this has anything to do with dwm, which we don't implement anyway.

If it's really is a regression for you, we'll need a regression test results,
which should not be that time consuming if it worked before, in 9.x.
