I have rewritten one "free" row in the FONT_tci table from: { DEFAULT_CHARSET, 0, {{0,0,0,0},{FS_LATIN1,0}} }, to: { OEM_CHARSET, 852, {{0,0,0,0},{FS_LATIN2,0}} }, It is bad solution because it works only with my locale, but may be this can point to bug cause.
