[Bug 9787] Warcraft3 Battle.net Doesn't work (Needs AcceptEx)

First of all: those of you who just want to workaround this bug can use
attachment 8368, which disable iocp functionality.
I cannot fix this bug now, or in next release - it is not me who decides. All
patches must be accepted by Alexandre, and he especially picky about server
patches. Those who read wine-patches have seen that I've sent 4th version last
week.
Regarding AcceptEx - I'm trying, but it still doesn't work as it should.
