Please retest with Wine 1.3.13. Is there a demo/free download?
I deleted ProgramCC, cleaned registry, installed wine 1.3.13, set ProgramCC. Errors are the same. The ProgramСС - a commercial package for engineering calculations. http://www.programcc.com/ Runs in demo mode.
