Prerequisites: winetricks -q dotnet20 (doesn't work with wine-mono).

Reproduce: Start VCExpress.exe and open Tools -> Options, go to Import and
Export settings, click Browse and select a path, click save and then try to go
to another option category.

I can confirm this issue, returning TRUE in PathResolve makes the error go
away.

Also adding DL link and changing title a bit.
