[Bug 24990] winecfg segfaults when selecting "Audio" tab

Then feel free to close reported existing bug right now. As I had already
stated I haven't got enough spare time at the moment to walk through all the
mess with installing git and doing bisect builds.

Hope you will get fun time years later hunting something that might had been
easily fixed in a weeks from regression.
