Making ntlm_AcquireCredentialsHandleW use the same code path for SECPKG_CRED_BOTH as for SECPKG_CRED_OUTBOUND results in a different error message: Login failed for user '(null)'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 18452)
