[Bug 19467] Icon text fields have incorrect placement and text input field has garbage only while editing

I've hit a snag in the testing process. Because I use 64-bit and the process to
test with 64-bit is way too intensive for my available time, I set up a 32-bit
machine for the test. The same issue persists between 32bit and 64bit, but the
program I found the issue with requires dcom98 to be installed, which I
normally do with winetricks, however, it returns something like wine not found.

I have tried installing using the cli, but the process fails saying it requires
win98.

Can anybody help me through this process so I can continue the test.
